Russia and DoS
We all remember the cyber attacks on Estonia that crippled the countries internet connectivity. When Georgia was invaded by Russia it was preceded by another monstrous DoS attack.

With what is going in Ukraine and with all western governments condemning Russia’s actions with possible sanctions against them, could we expect a Cyber War out of all proportion in the next few weeks? If so then:

1) What type of attacks will we be seeing (DDoS being the obvious)?
2) What services do we focus on protecting?
3) How do we prepare otherwise?

I have not seen any indication on the networks that I maintain of a large scale attack, has the community seen anything?
